LEARNING'S
In this lesson we learn from and with technology. Technology is seen as a sources of information that the student learn from in the same way. In this lesson also it is said that student should go beyond memorizing for tests and should not study only for a passing grade and a passing score. And for more information it is not bad for a student to memorize for a test and there are some that will take in MEMORY PLUS food supplement to increase their power to memorize neither it is bad to study for scores and grade.
LESSON NO.16:USING THE PROJECT-BASED LEARNING MULTIMEDIA AS A TEACHING-LEARNING STRATEGY
Learning's
In this lesson, I realize that it is not easy to be a teacher. You should know those strategy that will help you to be a good and effective teacher. You should prepare and plan what you've wanted to do for that day. In this lesson there are the following steps suggested by Michael Simkins, et al.. who are experts in project based multimedia learning. Goals and objectives are always the starting points of planning. In planning it must begin by clarifying our goals ad objectives. There are also a following steps before the project starts. As a teacher and or future teacher to be, we should know this.
LESSON NO.14:MAXIMIZING THE USE OF THE OVERHEAD PROJECTOR AND THE CHALKBOARD
Learning's
I learned in this lesson that in using a chalkboard can help in teaching. In fact a school may have no computer, radio, t.v, etc.but it will always have a chalkboard. So why not make optimum use of what we have the chalkboard. There are lot of practices that may help us in the effective use of chalkboard like this main practice that you should write clearly and legibly on the board. That is an example of a good practice that may help you. I learned also that there are chalkboard techniques to be followed. Overhead projector is indeed a very versatile equipment. This can help also to make your student understand what you have discuss.

LESSON NO.15:PROJECT-BASED LEARNING AND MUTIMEDIA: wHAT IS IT?
Learning's:
Project-based multimedia is a teaching method in which students " acquire new knowledge and skills in the coarse of designing, planning, and producing multimedia product ". Here are the seven key dimensions (CORE CURRICULUM, REAL-WORLD CONNECTION, EXTENDED TIME FRAME, STUDENT DECISION MAKING, COLLABORATION, ASSESSMENT, AND MULTIMEDIA ). Even though that we can say that this will really help in having an effective teaching techniques there is also some limitations in using this. This is one of the limitation that you must avoid the tendency to lose track of your lesson objectives because the technology aspects has gotten the limelight. If you and your students are not familiar with the computer, you can still go project-based multimedia teaching by using other appropriate media.

LESSON NO.13: TEACHING WITH VISUAL SYMBOLS
LEARNING'S
In this lesson, I learned that in teaching we should also used a visual strategy. There are many kinds of visual strategy and here are the following (GRAPH,CARTOONS,DRAWING,DRAWING STRIP,DIAGRAM,AND CHART,MAP).You can used this in times of giving your student an activity. There are also some kinds of map, chart and diagram. It is very helpful and we in this way also we can identify if a child really understand what you are discussing all about.

Lesson 11: Making the most of Community Resources and Field Trips
L earnings
I learn in this lesson that in having a field trip and community resources is one of the effective techniques on teaching your students/pupil.Lots of plan should be secured first, and teachers or the school must be active in making the parents approval or waiver. Before the trip, the rules and regulations must be tackle first, for them to make things clear. There's a lot of method and procedures also must be followed to have a safe trip.Students must listen and take down note of what they have been understand during the trip and also after it,teacher must follow up and evaluate. In having trip senses must be present.
Lesson 10: Demonstration in Teaching
L earnings:
Like in the lesson this will also help and this is something very handy. Demonstration is a dramatic performance. If you will conduct a demonstration everything must be prepared and ready. During teaching, teacher must be tell the good things to make students believe and convince, and also to make them pay attention to listen. Demonstration also must followed the methodical procedures or questions. And the important question or the first question that must been face during doing demonstration is "WHAT ARE OUR OBJECTIVES?"Those methodical procedures or question can help so that your demonstration will be effective.

LESSON NO.9: TEACHING WITH DRAMATIZED EXPERIENCE
LEARNING'S
This topic is my assign report and I had really get learnings for this. First, is that a teacher must act as an actor or actress inside the classroom so that students will give or pay attention or interest in learning. They should used an effective teaching method. And this are some example of dramatized experience (FORMAL PLAYS, PAGEANTS TO LESS FORMAL TABLEAU, PANTOMIME, PUPPET, AND ROLE PLAYING). And I also get idea on the types of puppet and on how to create a simple puppet theaters. This will make you as an effective teacher if you will use this kind of method which is Teaching with Dramatized experiences.

LESSON 8:TEACHING WITH CONTRIVED EXPERIENCE
LEARNING'S
Contrived experience means that it is a substitute of real things when it is not feasible to bring in the class. In this lesson i learned the different types of contrived experience including: MODEL, MOCK UP, SPECIMEN, OBJECTS, SIMULATION. Game is another instructional material that be included in contrived experience. Those following written above are very useful to overcome limitations of space and time. And also it help learners understand abstractions.

LESSON 7: DIRECT PURPOSEFUL EXPERIENCE AND BEYOND
LEARNING'S
As the word direct, purposeful, for me it means that a learner will learn by a direct to the concrete concepts with a purpose. Experience is the best direct teaching example. Because through experience you can learn fast and know how it effect to yourself. It guide and help teachers and especially to the learners. Just for example during the laboratory class it must be directed teaching for the learners to have a clear understanding. This has the big help in talking about learning and teaching method.

LESSON NO.6:USING AND EVALUATING INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
LEARNINGS:
I learned in this lesson those materials in instructional, evaluating and using it. And for the two guidelines that ought to be observed (their selection and their use)this will help us to be an effective teacher. Teacher is the main instructional materials because without teachers nothing will be learned by the learners. And best teacher should be put on lower grade like grade1 because it is the first step of the child to be taught and learn. There are proper use of materials (*PREPARE YOURSELF, *PREPARE YOUR STUDENT, *PRESENT THE MATERIALS AND *FOLLOW UP) for them to understand clearly. Feed backing is important so that pupils or student will be aware of their performance.
